Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking part-time companion caregivers to support older adults in West Miami, FL. You will provide companionship, light housework, errand assistance, and transportation to help families stay connected and cared for.

Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses and a flexible schedule using our mobile app to choose 2–4 hour visits. No caregiving experience is required; we welcome kind, patient, and reliable individuals ready to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.
