Papa, Inc. in Southwest Ranches, FL is seeking part-time Papa Pals to provide companionship and light assistance to seniors and families. You’ll help with small tasks, run errands, and offer friendly company at your convenience.

via the mobile app, you can select 2–4 hour visits and set your own schedule. No prior caregiving experience is required, and you can earn up to $17 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement where available.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.
