The Crossing is seeking a part-time Campus Operations Associate at our Mid Rivers campus to help keep facilities safe, clean, and ready for ministry during weekend services, weeknight classes and events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site campus operations support for services, classes and events.
• Prepare and reset ministry spaces and ensure restrooms are clean and ready for scheduled use.
• Complete building opening, closing and readiness procedures.
• Respond to basic facility needs, including light cleaning and minor maintenance.
• Support staff and ministry teams during assigned shifts and communicate concerns to management.
• Use radios/headsets, scheduling apps and campus technology.
