Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) maintains a pool of qualified part-time adjunct trainers for the Business Technology area. Trainers collaborate with local businesses to design and deliver customized seminars for employees across CVTC’s district, either on campus or at the company site.

Assignments are per-course with flexible scheduling. Successful candidates typically hold a relevant bachelor's degree with teaching or training experience and a demonstrated ability to engage adult

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant occupational experience
• Two years relevant occupational experience in the taught area
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to develop customized training or professional development seminars.
• Provide training designed to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Coordinate dates and times for training sessions with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and college activities.
