Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate BTs/RBTs to provide after-school, 1:1 ABA services in a hybrid center and in-home setting. This part-time role offers flexible afternoons and weekends with immediate start and full onboarding, plus supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure accurate documentation. RBT certification is REQUIRED (or must be obtained within 45 days on an insurance case).

Formación

• RBT certification is REQUIRED.
• Comfortable working in center and in-home settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with children, especially autism, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and passion.
• Reliable transportation to centers and clients' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy per supervising BCBA plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain timely documentation meeting clinical standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings.
