Cortica is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism and related neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement evidence-based strategies developed with a BCBA and document progress to support family goals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute radius. Training is provided and opportunities exist for career growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, with autism preferred.
• Education: HS or higher; bachelor’s or master’s degree as noted in the posting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute drive radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
