Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences through naturalistic, play-based ABA. This role offers part-time schedules, a clear hourly rate, fully paid training, and opportunities to advance to BCBA or other roles while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing evidence-based practices and tracking progress with BCBA guidance. Travel within a 30–40 minute radius is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and reporting requirements.
