Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians in San Pedro, CA to deliver 1:1 and small-group behavioral support for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement evidence-based strategies under BCBA guidance, while documenting progress and coordinating with families.

Training is provided, and there are flexible, part-time options. The role emphasizes reliable transportation for site-to-site travel, ongoing professional development, and a pathway toward BCBA advancement

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable transportation.
