Job summary

First Children Services in Pottstown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement the Individual Support Plan under supervision. The role offers varied settings including schools, clinics, homes, and community environments, with flexible placements across the region.

Responsibilities include direct client work, following treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the team to achieve positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum of working with children.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
