Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Comprehensive training to become an RBT is offered, plus travel reimbursement and a supportive, growth-focused work environment. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; travel locally as needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients and families during sessions.
• Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
