Qualifications

• Prior experience in waiver services or BDS/BDDS systems.
• Experience as a Support Coordinator or in intake/compliance.
• Familiarity with CIH Budgets and BDDS Portal.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators and case managers.
• Follow up on referrals and client inquiries.
• Ensure service plans are approved timely.
• Manage intake documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate communication between clients, families, and internal teams.
• Assist with ongoing case development.
