Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and support families while building independence.

No prior experience required. This part-time role offers afternoon or evening hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field for students and graduates in Special Education or related fields. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
