Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No experience required; training provided; part-time roles with flex schedules.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, record session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support skill-building and independence. If you're passionate about helping children thrive, this entry point into psychology and special education offers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
