Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect data, and share progress with the clinical team while enjoying flexible scheduling and ongoing feedback. This role offers part-time afternoon/after-school hours with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
