BK Behavior in Ohio seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team and record session data accurately.

This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
