Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in a permanent PT role. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour, with a focus on comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning across client settings.

The ideal candidate holds an NBCOT credential, an active state license, and a commitment to quality patient care. We offer a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment with flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated).
• OT holds a current license and/or registration in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
