Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team as a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PT in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong professional development focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OT or eligibility as required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
