Geeks on Site is seeking an On-Call IT Field Technician to provide flexible onsite support in multiple cities across the U.S. The technician will troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues, install printers, and perform outdoor TV mountings among other tasks. Candidates should have two or more years of IT experience, reliable transportation, and essential tools. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Document work and communicate clearly with customers.
