Geeks on Site is hiring an On-Call IT Field Technician to provide flexible technical support for PCs, Macs, POS systems, and outdoor TV mounting. The role offers $35 per hour on-site, with the freedom to choose jobs based on your availability. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, installing and configuring hardware, and providing excellent customer service. Experience in IT support is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and own necessary tools.

Competenze

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Strong networking and diagnostic skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own required tools including a laptop and drill.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Replace or upgrade hardware components.
