Job summary

As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests, handle transactions, and promote loyalty programs. You should be flexible, reliable, and enjoy teamwork, with shifts that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests and identify their needs to ensure easy shopping.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized area.
