Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate. On-Demand TM lets you work as much or as little as you like and you select shifts through the myTime app. You’ll attend a Welcome orientation and complete short-term training to prepare for the role. Shifts are flexible to fit your schedule.

As a Guest Advocate you will greet guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and process transactions. You’ll promote loyalty programs and support order pickup/drive-up services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and positive language with guests.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft/4ft and engage warmly.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs to guests.
