Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations. This role offers flexible shifts where you can pick up hours based on store needs and leadership-approved posted shifts via the myTime app.

Starting hourly rate is $18.50 USD. The On-Demand TM will attend orientation and participate in a short-term training program to prepare for daily tasks, then use the myTime app to select shifts as they fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist teammates and de-escalate situations while following policies and procedures.
• Stock supplies during store hours and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain safety policies and adapt to business needs to help guests.
