Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests and keep the store running smoothly. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to pick shifts through the myTime app, with a starting hourly rate of $15.50 USD.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not appear on the posted schedule and can create your own hours by selecting shifts posted by leaders or peers. You must be reliable and available to work when the business needs it most.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Operate with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise during shifts.
• Support guest services including order pickup and drive-up where applicable.
• Adhere to safety policies and training while handling transactions.
