Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age classrooms (ages 0–6). No formal Montessori training is required—we provide training during orientation and onboarding.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours with potential path to full-time Assistant Teacher opportunities. As an on-call substitute, you’ll step into classrooms as needed, help with routines, and maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment across age groups.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups.
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children.
