Qualifications

• One year of experience in a related field preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal vehicle in good operating condition required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities.
• Implement care plans and assist with medication administration.
• Monitor health needs and document relevant information.

Skills

Ability to pass agency-required training

Read and converse in English

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to perform personal care procedures

Education

High school diploma or GED
