Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Memphis, TN is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to cover shifts across the regional service area. You’ll support seniors in home and community settings with 30 hours guaranteed per week and pay of $16/hour (non-certified) or $17/hour (CNA), plus a $1/hour shift differential.

We value reliability and flexibility. The role includes paid training, PTO, benefits, a 401(k), and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification active in TN required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Start-of-care visits and shift coverage.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and office communications.
• Travel within service area up to 50 miles.
