Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy program in Illinois. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality OT under supervision, building personalized plans, and collaborating with the care team.

You will maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, ensure physician orders are current, and support patient functional goals while enjoying flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with NBCOT certification where required by state.
• Current state license as a COTA.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
