Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time renewal rehab role in Illinois. The position offers a competitive 55,000–70,000 USD per year with a robust clinical education program and pathways for advancement.

The role includes providing OT treatments under supervision, developing personalized care plans, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
