Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating personalized plans, educating patients and caregivers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. New grads may be considered for diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical OT experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement activities to regain or improve functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and professional standards.
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
