Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a licensed NP to perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You complete visits using pre-populated forms and submit them after each assessment; no treatment plans or follow-ups are required.

You’ll set your own schedule with no required nights or weekends, travel across counties in your region, and receive a base rate per completed assessment plus stipends and no-show reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 40 hours/month.
• Must have 1+ year of experience working as NP.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health assessments using pre-populated patient forms.
• Submit completed assessment forms in a timely manner.
• Coordinate travel for visits across multiple counties within the assigned region.
• No nights or weekends required; maintain professional licensure and insurance.
