Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking NPs for in-home health assessments across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial plans. You control your schedule, with no nights, weekends, and visits pre-populated forms.

Base pay is $80 per completed assessment, with tiered increases as you commit more hours; 6–11 visits per day can amount to about $500–$1000 daily. Minimum 60 hours per month, travel and malpractice insurance included, and new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-scheduled in-home visits with pre-populated patient forms.
• Complete assessments; no treatment plans or follow-ups.
• Visit multiple counties within assigned region.
