Job summary

HealthBar is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP or CNS) for a Kenosha-based clinic in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This 20-hours-per-week role offers meaningful patient relationships, a flexible weekday schedule, and a pay starting at $57/hour with benefits eligibility.

The clinician will provide comprehensive primary care in an employer-sponsored health clinic serving Kem Krest employees, focusing on prevention and whole-person care with autonomy and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active Wisconsin NP Specialty Certification.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on prevention, self-management, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide proactive, relationship-based care focused on prevention and long-term health outcomes.
• Coordinate follow-up care and care management outreach.
• Counsel patients on medications, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
• Order, perform, review, and interpret diagnostic testing including labs and imaging.
• Assess patient history and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions across settings.
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams to support high-risk patients.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with HealthBar care models.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing

Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license
