Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two years of related clinical nursing experience in the area of interest.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, and EFM where required.
• Up-to-date TB and vaccine requirements (e.g., flu).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and identify nursing problems proactively.
• Develop and implement individualized, effective nursing care plans.
• Perform a comprehensive range of professional nursing services across medical and surgical patient populations.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure coordinated care.
