Job summary

Nation's Transportation is seeking Care Partners to provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) as independent contractors. You’ll use your own insured vehicle to transport members to healthcare appointments and other destinations, with a focus on safety, reliability, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle that meets Nation's Transportation standards (2010 or newer).
• Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes.
• Ability to pass vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Use your personal, insured vehicle to safely transport members, ensuring punctuality.
• Provide a professional, courteous experience with door-to-door or curb-to-curb service.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow trip instructions through the HQ Portal system.
• Maintain your vehicle to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Accommodate mobility assistance or companion travel when required.
• Stay flexible to updates or changes in trip assignments.
