Nation's Transportation is seeking Care Partners who work as independent contractors to provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). You’ll use your own insured vehicle to transport members to appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations, with options for door-to-door or curb-to-curb service and a schedule that fits your life.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Open availability 7:00 am–5:00 pm.
• Reliable, insured vehicle meeting standards (2010 or newer).
• Ability to pass background checks and vehicle inspection.
• Strong customer service focus and professionalism.
• Flexibility to accept trips on your own schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use your personal, insured vehicle to safely transport members to and from destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to trip details.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience with door-to-door or curb-to-curb service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow trip instructions via the HQ Portal system.
• Maintain your vehicle to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Accommodate mobility assistance or companion travel when required.
• Stay flexible and responsive to updates or changes in trip assignments.
