Nation's Transportation is seeking Care Partners who will use their own insured vehicle to provide non-emergency medical transportation to members, helping them reach healthcare appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations.

As independent contractors, Care Partners set their own schedules with open availability from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and take home 100% of earnings, with dispatch support from HQ.

Qualifikationen

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Open availability from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Reliable, insured vehicle meeting standards.
• Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes.
• Ability to pass vehicle inspection.
• Strong communication skills and focus on service.
• Empathy, patience and professionalism with members.
• Flexibility to take trips on own schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Use your personal, insured vehicle to safely transport members to and from destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to trip details.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience, assisting members with door-to-door or curb-to-curb service.
• Communicate effectively with the Nation's dispatch and follow all trip instructions through the HQ Portal.
• Maintain your vehicle to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Accommodate special requests such as mobility assistance or companion travel when required.
• Stay flexible and responsive to updates or changes in trip assignments.
