Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies according to approved work instructions.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and packout activities for finished products.
• Operate assigned production equipment and workstations following procedures.
• Support molding, assembly, finishing, printing, thermoforming, hardware assembly, and packaging operations as assigned.
• Maintain production output in line with departmental goals and schedules.
• Report equipment malfunctions, process concerns, or safety issues to supervision.
