Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors in Wisconsin to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. No licenses required; flexible part-time or full-time roles with a typical $20+ hourly earning potential.

You will travel locally, manage your own schedule, and work as a 1099 contractor. Responsibilities include occupancy checks, photographing properties, delivering door notices, and completing reports via InspectorADE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
