Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional early childhood training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during school hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Reinforce classroom expectations, ground rules and respectful behavior.
• Guide and support children in conflict resolution using positive communication strategies.
• Foster a calm, inclusive and positive atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively with faculty and staff throughout the school day.
