Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during mid-shift hours including assessment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to update care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
