Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role in connecting Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll build eye‑catching displays and implement product strategies to showcase in‑demand items in Lowe’s stores.

Most duties are non‑customer facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product locations. The role supports weekend-free shifts with a set weekday schedule and offers competitive pay plus

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Listen and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Use web-based programs to complete tasks.
• Sit and stand for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and give feedback on in-store execution.
