Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role linking Merchandising and Store Operations to enhance the shopping experience. You’ll build eye‑catching displays and implement product strategies that showcase in-demand items.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers to answer questions and help locate merchandise. Weekend shifts may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Sustain sitting and standing for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare them for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage and maintain digital records.
• Make pricing information clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products.
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
