Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Flex Associate to support execution of client projects across stores and assist other associates. The role requires following instructions, maintaining confidentiality, and lifting up to 50 lbs with occasional heavier lifts with assistance.

Shifts vary to meet store requirements. High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and access to a computer and internet are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Anderson Merchandisers in executing client projects and displays.
• Follow all instructions to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in lifting, moving, and stocking tasks as required by the role.
