Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring for a Flex Associate to support execution of client projects. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and involves a range of tasks from displays to confidentiality and collaborative work across teams.

The position requires a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with some tasks up to 100 lbs with assistance). Flexible shifts, a 4-hour weekend requirement, and basic computer access are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English at a conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality for company, client, and retailer.
• Perform lifting up to 50lbs, with occasional lifting up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Be adaptable in shifts; work am/pm based on store needs.
