Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring merchandisers to support in-store programs in Huntington Beach, CA. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets, maintain displays, and ensure correct shelf placement.

Use our mobile app to complete assignments accurately and on time while building strong relationships with store staff. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay from $17 to $20 per hour, and growth opportunities into team lead and management roles across major CPG

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail merchandising or reset experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
