Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, MA certification or eligibility, BLS/CPR, and 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; MA certification in CMA/AMT/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA or eligible within 6 months.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years experience in a relevant role; strong computer skills.
• Certification must be attained within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and prepare for examination; document vitals and update patient information.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection per protocol.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory; ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and protocol compliance.
• Support patient flow and communicate with the care team in person and by phone.
• Perform delegated procedures as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
