YMCA of Middle Tennessee’s Camp Widjiwagan is seeking a General Maintenance Tech for a full-time role. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, staff, and guests, and handle preventive maintenance across light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and furniture assembly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, cleaning, or related field
• Comfort using hand and power tools and cleaning chemicals (safely)
• A team-player attitude with great communication and a heart for service

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, staff, and guests
• Perform preventive maintenance and work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, furniture assembly)
• Support room setups and event transitions
• Walk the building, grounds, and parking lot to spot safety concerns
• Communicate supply needs and work closely with your supervisor and team
• Build positive relationships with members and fellow staff
