Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care under an RN on the unit. You will perform assessments, carry out orders, and participate in therapeutic procedures in line with hospital policies.

The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the applicable state (or compact licensure), BLS certification through AHA, and IV certification within the required timeframe.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA approved) required within 90 days of employment.
• IV certification within the required timeframe, if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision according to unit policies.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Contribute to age-appropriate care and documentation on the patient chart.
