Job summary

BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside County is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for in-home health care in Menifee, CA. This per diem, part-time role offers flexible hours and opportunities to work with a dedicated team providing direct skilled client care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, wound care, medication administration, and maintaining detailed documentation. CVs with California LVN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Unencumbered California LVN license.
• 1 year nursing experience required; 3 years preferred.
• CPR certification; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement plan of care and nursing treatments.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to the nursing plan.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care and emergency measures as needed.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and agency protocols.
• Provide courteous, respectful care to clients, families, and staff.
