Caringhand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes under RN supervision. This field-based, per-diem role involves travel to patient homes and implementing the established plan of care.

You will document care accurately, educate patients and caregivers, and assist with specialized procedures as directed. A CA LVN license and CPR certification are required, with at least three years of nursing

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or vocational nursing program.
• Current, active California LVN license.
• At least three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in community/home health or medical-surgical settings.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate patient care responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle in good condition.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes and work under RN supervision.
